Best and most honest mechanic I've met. Andy is an awesome guy and does a great job. He figured out the main issue when 3 other shops couldn't. My wife was supposed to go into labor soon and we really needed the car done ASAP and he got it done right on time. It's hard to find solid, honest mechanics who don't try to shmooz you into doing unnecessary things. Andy is a mechanic to keep for life.

Hands down the best customer service I've encountered in a long while. Booked in for safety inspection at 2:30, was promptly and politely seen to and car was done 30 minutes later. I dealt with Andy and Grant who were both very accommodating to all of my questions. I will be going there again and highly recommend to anyone. As a woman dealing with this on her own, there was never anything but politeness and respect. 10 out of 10.

Andy, the head mechanic is an absolute pleasure to work with. He resolved my car issues w/accuracy & professionalism. Andy took the time to treat me as a valued customer & provided clear & fair estimates . Have been going to One Stop for years for services such as oil changes, annual safety inspections, etc. Also, they are very accommodating when fitting me into the schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop that does great work.

I’ve been coming to to one stop auto workshop for almost 3 years now and I have no complaints. The service is always in a timely manner and they always do an amazing job. I’m super happy with my breaks and rotor service

the trick is to go in-person. they are so busy they have a hard time getting back to you if you don't just dump your car in their hands lol head mechanic is really nice and straightforward. i'll go here first.

Andy is the GOAT i take all of my cars to him. He is the family mechanic i need\nA man of his word gave me a quote for labor of five hours to replace a front differential and end up being a sixteen hour job , but he still only charged me for 5 cause that is what he quoted me. And has helped my son with his project car for the last 6 months. Only place I will do business from now on

This is the best mechanic in Lancaster. He’s awesome they do the best work and are reasonably priced. I get all my car work done here. Trust me this is the place to go and they are so nice!

I had an excellent experience at this car repair shop. The staff were friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my car the same day. The prices were fair, and I really appreciated their professionalism. Highly recommend.

I didn't have a mechanic locally since moving into Millersville and gave these folks a try for my inspection. Everyone was super friendly and efficient- I love the automatic invoice approval so I could see and approve online. The service was quick & simple and the pricing was very fair but more importantly, was very transparent. I'm grateful to have a reliable spot so close by.
